Rethinking "Recovery":
-What if you never have to "admit" that you are an "addict"/"alcoholic"?
-What if "Powerless" is the exact OPPOSITE thought that you need to realize in order to fully RELEASE your unwanted behaviors?
-What if "surrendering to a higher power" meant incorporating the perfect mix of Science, "Spirit" (of your own PERSONAL understanding), and REMEMBERING one simple TRUTH: that WE are in so much more "control" than we've been taught.
Perhaps there's a reason why you've never been willing to work "the program"...
Or that you "tried and it didn't help"~
Maybe, more than once, you've thought: "I don't 'need' to drink, I 'want' to drink"... but have you ever gone DEEPER with WHY (you want to)???
Perhaps it doesn't even feel like you even have a "problem" really...
LIke...if you actually wanted to...
you could just stop tomorrow, but for some reason,
no matter how many times you've come to the decision to give it up,
you still have yet to quit.
You crave a healthier body and mind, but either you have a difficult time believing that you can actually create one, OR continue to believe that you can achieve either while alcohol consistently poisons and damages both.
My job, as your Coach and Mentor, is to help you see and believe in the possibilities BEYOND your current thoughts and experiences....
What if you knew, right NOW, that you are Power-FULL beyond measure, and that alcohol NEVER had to be the means to: "escape", "relax", "unwind" or "feel good" again.
What if...
Never again do you have to wake up in a state of self loathing and promises of "never again"?
What if....
You never have to experience a "rock bottom"?
What if actually...
It's NEVER "too late" to change?
It really is a matter of a DECISION...
It IS time for YOUR "next step"`~
I can tell you with 100% certainty that IT IS ALL POSSIBLE!!!
Kicking the HABITS,
creating the CHANGE,
and watching the DREAMS come to Life.
How can I be so certain???
Because I .WAS. YOU....

I've done the work that was required of me to be standing on the "other side"....
fully understanding that the possibilities, for all that I desire, are ENDLESS!
